Qionghai Fabao poultry slaughtering and processing plant, located in Lianxian Industrial Development Zone, tayang Town, Qionghai City, was officially put into operation. The project introduced foreign equipment and installed two full-automatic boilers and three slaughtering production lines for chickens, ducks and geese, with an hourly capacity of 4800 chickens, 3500 ducks and 500 geese respectively.
Qionghai Fabao poultry slaughtering and processing plant is a designated poultry slaughtering pilot plant in Hainan Province jointly promoted by Hainan Provincial Department of agriculture and Qionghai municipal government. The total investment of the project is 10million yuan, including 1.85 million yuan of financial support and 8.15 million yuan of self raised funds. At present, there are 180 ton cold storage, 50 ton cold storage, 4 sewage treatment tanks and other relevant emission reduction facilities.
According to Wang Xingquan, chairman of Qionghai Fabao poultry slaughtering company, Qionghai Fabao poultry slaughtering and processing plant is the only designated poultry slaughtering and processing plant in Hainan at present. Qionghai animal health supervision office sends veterinarians to be on duty to strictly control the quarantine of live birds, standardize the slaughtering process and ensure health and safety.
It is understood that according to the 13th five year plan for the management and development of livestock and poultry slaughtering industry in Hainan Province, 2-3 designated poultry slaughterhouses will be built in Qionghai City.
The slaughtering line, electric hemp machine, soaking and scalding tank, vertical hair removal machine, horizontal hair removal machine, wax soaking tank, cold water tank, pre cooler, forced sprinkler, hair removal machine, conveyor belt and large capacity pre cooler used by Qionghai poultry slaughtering company are all produced by Zhucheng Chaoyang Machinery Co., Ltd.
