(1) This machine is designed according to the fluidization principle and is suitable for the soaking and scalding process before depilation of poultry. It is mainly composed of tank body, steam hood, supporting wheel, steam heating control assembly, hot air circulation assembly, automatic water supply assembly and electrical equipment.
Tipping: the tipping device of the scalding pool is mainly composed of tipping impeller, blade shaft, bearing seat, universal joint drive shaft, motor, etc.
(2) This machine adopts box type structure, direct steam heating mode, blower stirs hot water to roll up and down, and mechanical and air flow double stirring, so that the ironing effect is more uniform. After mechanical depilation, the depilation rate can reach 99%, and the appearance of the poultry body is not damaged, and the carcass color is fresh.
(3) The tank body is made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate by bending and welding, which is firm and reliable, fully meets the health standards and has good corrosion resistance. Both side covers and upper covers are made of 1.2mm thick stainless steel plate. The inner tank is made of 1.5mm stainless steel plate; 4mm thick stainless steel plate is used for fixing and reinforcing rib plate.
